I love this house so much, my dream garden!! Very spacious, house and garden very commodious for 2 people, huge main bedroom with ensuite. Bathroom also big and 4 people would easily have plenty of space. Also very well equipped and very cosy even when chilly.
Location was excellent, we drove but Warkworth is on the main bus route to Alnwick and Amble and very regular service. House is less than 2 minutes from the best pub (Masons) and also very close to the best cafe (Bertrams). Warkworth Castle was 5 minutes up the hill and great for walking the dog. Also 2 minutes and you're at the River Coquet, another great walk with the dog.
Could do with a bit of extra cleaning - a bit cobwebby in places, and shower head in the ensuite was covered in mold.
Also would've been nice to have the key for the back gate rather than having to try and deal with muddy paws at the front door!

Beautiful garden and fantastic location! Plenty places to drink/eat and plenty walks. Lovely bedding and comfy beds. Homely.
Only issue poor signal and wifi. Also would have benefited from another tv in kitchen/dining area.
