DISGUSTING DO NOT STAY HERE

Here's an honest, detailed review: --- **1 Star — Do Not Rent This Property** I don't even know where to begin. This rental was, without exaggeration, **EXTREMELY FILTHY**. From the moment we walked in, it was clear no real cleaning had taken place before our stay. Floors were sticky, countertops were coated in grime, and dust had visibly built up on surfaces, vents, and light fixtures for what looked like months. **Mold** was the most alarming issue. We found visible mold growth in the bathroom — creeping along the grout lines, around the shower caulking, and even on the ceiling near the vent. There was a persistent musty odor throughout the unit that no amount of airing out could fix. This isn't just an eyesore; mold exposure is a genuine health hazard, especially for anyone with allergies, asthma, or respiratory sensitivities. Then there were the **insects**. We spotted roaches in the kitchen within the first hour, ants trailing along the baseboards, and what appeared to be gnats swarming near the sink drain. It was clear this wasn't a one-time fluke — the infestation looked established, not incidental. Between the filth, the mold, and the bugs, we didn't feel safe or comfortable staying here. We ended up cutting our trip short and spending extra money on a hotel just to avoid further exposure. **Bottom line:** This property is not fit for guests in its current condition. Whoever manages this listing needs to address serious sanitation and pest-control issues before charging anyone to stay here again. I'd strongly encourage the host to invest in a deep clean, mold remediation, and professional pest control — and I'd caution future renters to look elsewhere until that happens.

Wohnung war absolute Enttäuschung, dreckig, Schimmel und Gammel überall inkl. Ameisen!

Auf zwei Anfragen die im Rahmen des Aufenthaltes gestellt wurden, hat der Vermieter sehr schnell geantwortet (1-2 Minuten). Eine Frage zu Handtüchern und Bettwäsche sowie zum W-Lan. Auf meine E-Mail nach dem Aufenthalt mit der Mängelauflistung und Fotodokumentation sowie der Bitte um Stellungnahme wurde dann jedoch bis zu dieser Rezession nicht mehr reagiert.

Text und Fotos der Anzeige verfälschen die Realität der Wohnung extrem (nicht alle Fotos zeigen den aktuellen Zustand der Wohnung!). Sie ist dreckig und runtergekommen, es gibt Schimmel an Wänden, Fensterbänken und Vorhängen. Ameisen waren zu Haufen in der Wohnung in nahezu allen Räumen. Schränke sind zum Teil aufgequollen, die Duschbrause am Whirlpool abgerissen und nicht mehr vorhanden, die Couch war voller widerlicher Flecken, abdeckt mit einer Tagesdecke. In der Dusche war ebenfalls Schimmel und das Licht war defekt. Das Gefrierfach des Kühlschranks war zugefroren und so nicht nutzbar. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr dürftig (nur ein Topf!, kein Dosenöffner, etc.), es gab vor Ort eine andere Kaffeemaschine als auf den Fotos, daher hatten wir falsche Kapseln zuvor eingekauft. Sowohl in WC als auch Duschraum kann man sich kaum drehen. Wer auf dem WC sitzt und nicht gerade 1,60m groß ist, muss praktisch die Tür offenlassen (das will vermutlich nicht jeder) und im Duschraum geht die Tür aufgrund des dahinter angebrachten Heizkörpers nicht wirklich weit auf, so das waschen zur sportlichen Aufgabe wird. Als ob das alles nicht schon schlimm genug gewesen wäre, der richtige Hammer kaum, als wir wie vom Vermieter vorgegeben bei Auszug Bettzeug, Lacken und Kissen abziehen sollten. Alles war mit unzähligen und undefinierbaren Flecken versehen. Mir wird beim Gedanken daran direkt wieder schlecht. So etwas widerliches habe ich noch nie gesehen und darauf lässt man ahnungslose Gäste schlafen. Wahnsinn! Ich möchte ausdrücklich betonen, dass diese Rezession bewusst mit einigem Abstand zur Reise verfasst wurde und der Vermieter zuvor von mir kontaktiert wurde. Seine Nichtreaktion im Rahmen der gesetzten Frist und darüber hinaus veranlasst mich daher, andere potenzielle Gäste auf die Situation vor Ort hinzuweisen. Ich habe alles detailliert fotografisch festgehalten, um etwaigen Missinterpretationen entgegen zu wirken.
