Wonderful villa in quiet Sucina. Our first time staying in the village as we normally stay at nearby Hacienda Riquelme golf resort. We absolutely loved every second of it, especially being able to walk to restaurants and shops in Sucina. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the sofa and outdoor furniture as well. The bathroom towels were thick and soft. The pool and pool area were perfect for our use, sadly we had some days of rain which prevented use, but spent the sunny days by the pool. Well equipped kitchen and a dolce gusto coffee maker. Checking in with an app was easy, opening the gate and front door. Our stay in Villa Sur has definitely opened our eyes for village living, and we will absolutely stay again!
The lighting is very bright and not dimmable, could be warmer and more cosy when you have to stay inside in poor weather. While there were many wine glasses, there were hardly any water glasses. A restock of larger glasses would be welcome. Also some of the sunbed cushions are due for a change, as they were ripping at the seams after being left outside all the time. The house info says that there was a dryer, but we only found a washing machine. This was an older model and had no express programs, so washing took 2+ hours. Would also recommend adding an extra drying rack, as one is not enough for a house that takes 6 people. There aren´t many options for drying shower towels, pool towels and clothes.
These are minor things, but would definitely enhance the experience.

Well equipped, comfortable and very clean.
It was great to have our own swimming pool with plenty of outdoor seating.
We had a problem with ants in most of the rooms. This was sorted by using ant spray.
There was a notice up to say pool maintenance would be around during our stay, however, we did not see anyone. We cleaned the pool daily ourselves with the net provided.

Mangelhafte Ausstattung an guten Küchenutensilien.
