Our house, with its large garden and sauna, is situated in a quiet, secluded location; the town center and the Rauriser Hochalmbahnen are just a few minutes’ walk away. The Kreuzbodenbahn (chairlift) is a 10-minute walk away, and the town center with its shopping options is a 15-minute walk away.
You can enjoy the panoramic view of the Rauris mountains from the terrace and the large garden, which features a barbecue area. Our house isn’t the newest, but it has plenty of charm and character; it’s clean and cozy, and we’d be delighted if you could enjoy your vacation with us. You have exclusive use of the entire bungalow, including the terrace and garden—there are no other guests or residents—and ample parking is available. From the Kreuzbodenhütte, you can whiz down the mountain on the toboggan run during the day and on tobogganing evenings—and, of course, stop by Mathias & Ramona’s for a cozy break after an eventful and active day of skiing. A toboggan is available free of charge for our guests at the Kreuzbodenhütte or at the toboggan rental shop next to the Kreuzbodenbahn valley station (chairlift).

To truly enjoy your vacation after a day of skiing, sledding, or hiking, our basement sauna is the perfect way to wind down after a wonderful, eventful day—or you can simply relax in front of the fireplace in the living-dining area. Our bungalow features two bedrooms, a crib, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a separate toilet, a kitchen, a living-dining room with a TV, a loft, a sauna with a shower, and a laundry room in the basement (including a washing machine and dryer).Our small kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, electric kettle, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, pots and pans, ladles, as well as dishes and silverware.



On-site costs: Included: sauna, washing machine, dryer, Wi-Fi, TV, fully equipped kitchen, towels, bed linens, hair dryer, crib. Not included: pets (10€/night)
