Make yourself at home in our chic and comfortable apartment, located at the foot of Nice’s picturesque Old Port and Garibaldi neighborhoods, within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions and the sea. It’s the perfect spot for guests who want to stay in a quiet neighborhood, yet just minutes away from the city’s lively atmosphere and some of the most beautiful sights and famous landmarks. Recommendations for the best restaurants, bars, and cafés are guaranteed!
Newly renovated, the apartment features a large, bright living room with a sleeper sofa, a dining area, and a TV (Apple TV and Chromecast); a bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed; a modern, fully equipped kitchen; a balcony that gets sun all day with a breathtaking view of Mont Boron; and a cozy living room/veranda with a panoramic view of the rooftops and Fort Alban. The apartment is located on the 6th floor and is accessible by elevator. The living room sofa can also serve as an extra bed for one or two people.
A crib and car rental are available upon request.
The booming Riquier neighborhood offers an ideal location for guests who want to discover the lesser-known side of Nice. You’ll be within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions:
- The Old Port, the Promenade des Anglais, and the beach
- Bonaparte/Place de Pins/Garibaldi, with numerous restaurants (including Michelin-starred ones), bars, and cafés
- The Old Town and downtown Nice
Two tram stops are located within a 10-minute walk of the apartment: Nice Port Lympia (Old Port) and Nice Acropolis.
- Several bus stations connect you to the rest of the city or to surrounding towns.
- Street parking is available (free or paid). Multi-story parking garages (paid) are available within a 5- to 10-minute walk from the apartment.
- Bike rental services are available within a 10-minute walk.
Or you can easily explore the city on foot.
- The Nice Riquier train station is a 5-minute walk away and connects you to Nice City Center as well as other cities.
