The “Liegeplatz” vacation apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and a maximum of two dogs.
The flagship property, featuring the two vacation apartments “Liegeplatz” (first floor) and “Panorama-Deck” (1st & 2nd floors), was completed in August 2022.
The “Liegeplatz” vacation rental is a ground-floor apartment with approximately 60 m² of living space, located directly behind the dike and just a few minutes’ walk from the Dahme beach promenade, the beautiful sandy beach (south dog beach), and, of course, the Baltic Sea.
The entryway features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area, with an adjoining terrace on the east side where you can enjoy the morning sun. The apartment is equipped to accommodate up to 4 people and a maximum of two dogs and features a maritime and modern design. It offers two bedrooms: the larger one has a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm, and the smaller one has a double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm. From the bedrooms, you can access another terrace on the west side, where you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. The comfortable bathroom with a walk-in shower leaves nothing to be desired. For the dogs, the fenced-in outdoor area surrounding the house provides a space to relax and enjoy themselves.
Of course, free Wi-Fi is available to you during your vacation.
On the first floor of the boathouse, there are 4 garage parking spaces that can be booked for an additional fee; otherwise, we will assign you a parking spot directly next to the house.
