On the 6th floor of a secure residence located opposite the large beach of Biarritz, you will enjoy a prime location in the heart of the city and at the same time "feet in the water".
You will have everything you need for a great holiday on the Basque coast.
STUDIO DESCRIPTION:
Located on the 6th floor (with elevator), this charming studio with a surface area of 23.49m2 is the ideal place for a privileged stay in Biarritz.
Hotel room type studio with equipped kitchenette, 2 single beds and separate toilet.
Breathtaking views of the ocean from the balcony furnished with a table, chairs & armchairs.
Located on the large beach of Biarritz, in a large secure residence from the 70s, you can enjoy a prime location in the city center.
Ideal for 2 people, you will have everything you need for a great holiday.
The swimming pool of the residence is located right in front of the ocean. You will have access to it directly from the elevator.
Unlimited access, from the beginning of June to the end of September, from 9 am to 8 pm.
Large pool (dimensions approx. L 15m x W 7m x D 3m), children's wading pool (under parental supervision), solarium.
The linen includes 2 towels per bed (2 beds of 90), 1 hand towel, 1 bath mat, 2 duvet covers, 2 mattress protectors, 2 bolster cases, 1 kitchen towel.
DISTRICT:
Located in the city center, next to the Hotel du Palais, you can enjoy the large beach of Biarritz as well as all the amenities just below your home.
The St Charles district is a 5-minute walk from the apartment, so you will have all the shops you need to make your stay a success.
GETTING AROUND:
You have many bus stops in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation (bus stop in front of the residence). The city of Biarritz also provides you with a free shuttle service allowing you to get around easily.
INFORMATION:
You have access to the entire accommodation.
*Groups of young people under 21 years old are not accepted.

We offer a late check-in service on request (to be booked in advance):
-30€ between 8pm & 9pm.
-50€ between 9pm & 10pm.
-70€ between 10pm & 11pm. No reception beyond that.
To be paid in cash or by cheque on arrival (against a receipt).
We invite you to respect the time of the appointment that you have set for us. Do not hesitate to arrive a little earlier than the time set. In case of delay in the check-in time initially agreed with you, our hostess will not be able to wait for you.
Another appointment time must be set and you will be billed 30€.
Thank you for your understanding and do not hesitate for any other questions.
Fee of 50€ for an arrival on December 24 & 31 after 6 pm and on December 25 & January 1 to be paid on arrival in cash or check (against a receipt).
In the event of loss of the key to the accommodation during your stay, the lock on the door will have to be changed. The cost of this action will be deducted from your deposit.
Concerning the end-of-stay/Laundry cleaning package included in your booking:
We provide linen treated by a professional service, prepare the apartment for your comfort and your arrival, and do the cleaning at the end of your stay.
Check-out instructions before handing over the keys:
1. Gather dirty towels & dish towels
2. Dispose of the garbage
3. Wash the dishes
4. Do not throw away unopened food. It can be used by subsequent travellers.

I love the apartment and the location was perfect.
Unfortunately, communication was very poor.
There were some issues I intended to communicate to the hosts but my emails and texts were mostly ignored.
Checking was poor, we were not given the code to get into the building after hours. ( luckily a resident gave it to us).
Basic supplies ( hygienic paper) was missing. I was finally advised by the manager that it’s my job to buy it.
Coming from the USA , we are not used to having to think about shopping for toilet paper for a two day stay.
Other than that Biarritz is a great town, which I have visited many times.
Next time , I will try to find a host that owns the property, instead of a management firm.
They are usually more attentive to guest needs.
What was baffling there was no attempt at trying to solve my issues and definitely never an apology.
