Within a 2–3-minute walk, you can reach all major amenities, such as a grocery store, a bakery with a café, various restaurants, a bank, and a tourist office... as well as the INDOOR SWIMMING POOLS with SAUNA FACILITIES in BLUDENZ and ST. ANTON, which are a 15–20-minute drive away. IN WINTER, it’s about a 2-minute walk to the free SKI BUS STOP heading toward the Arlberg Ski Paradise (approx. 6 min.), to the SONNENKOPF FAMILY SKI AREA with a TOBOGGAN TRACK (approx. 3 min.), illuminated WINTER HIKING TRAILS, CROSS-COUNTRY SKI TRAILS, and a beginner’s lift—all within walking distance of the house. SUMMER: FARM STAY, KINDERBÄRENLAND AT SONNENKOPF, CLIMBING GARDEN, and SUMMER TOBOGGAN RIDE at GOLM. For stays of one week or longer: FREE HORSEBACK RIDING on our own horses, tastings of our farm’s own products, a guided ALPINE MEADOW HIKE, and a BARBECUE EVENING. Playground for children with a swing, sandbox, trampoline, table tennis, badminton, foosball, slackline, and soccer goal... Within a 2–3-minute walk: outdoor pool, mini-golf, hiking and biking trails, and a skate park... Many hikes—including those to lakes and waterfalls—as well as mountain tours and bike tours can be started right from our house.

The baby lift and the cross-country ski trail are located behind the house. Illuminated winter hiking trails, the Sonnenkopf toboggan run, and indoor pools with sauna areas in Bludenz and St. Anton. It’s a 3-minute drive to the SONNENKOPF family ski area and 6 minutes to Stuben, the gateway to the ARLBERG ski paradise, which includes Zürs, Lech, Warth, and St. Christoph-St. Anton.
