About this apartment rental
LOCATION
The apartment is nice and cozy and is situated on a hillside overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, 150 meters from the beach. It is located on the first floor of the Residence.
It is close to the bay of Villefranche-sur-Mer and the Saint-Jean Cap Ferrat peninsula.
A wonderful panoramic pool is available for your use, free of charge, and open until October 31; sun loungers and umbrellas are provided. There is a free rooftop sun deck. From here, you’ll enjoy an amazing view of the sea and the village of Villefranche!!! A snack bar is open during the summer season.

THE APARTMENT
The 25.34 m² apartment consists of:
- a living room with two single sofa beds and a TV;
- a kitchenette with a dishwasher, 4 hotplates, a microwave, an oven, a kettle, and a coffee maker (do not put in the dishwasher);
- a bathroom;
- a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe;
- a balcony off the living room with a table and chairs;
An iron and a hair dryer are provided.
Washing machines, dryers, and Wi-Fi are available in the common area.
Bed linens and towels are not included, but can be provided for a small additional fee.
HOW TO GET AROUND
The apartment is very close to the bay and beach of Villefranche-sur-Mer (a 5-minute walk) and the Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat peninsula (a 20-minute walk along the stunning seaside promenade).
There is a bus stop in front of the residence, and you can take the bus to Monaco, Nice, and Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat.
The Principality of Monaco is 15 minutes away by bus No. 100 heading east.
Nice is 10 minutes away by bus No. 100 heading west.
Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat is a 5-minute ride on bus No. 15.
We recommend visiting Eze Village and Saint-Paul-de-Vence.
The train station is a 10-minute walk or a short bus ride away.

The place was overall okay. Pros: you could walk to the beach where there were picnic tables and the only shade nearby. Public transportation was very close by and just a few minutes to Old Town. It had a nice roomy balcony. The pool looked nice, though we didn't get in and opted for the beach instead. The pool area has tables with umbrellas and a food stand with snack like things and breakfast, which was all nice. The host was very available, although there was no backup TP and he told me there was a store down the road. Cons - The size of the place really does not come across in the photos; it was very small without convenient places to put suitcases, and two adults could not walk around at the same time in the bedroom. Two adults in the room and two teenagers sleeping on the couch beds was very cramped. The lack of AC was almost unbearable. We ultimately did check out a night early due to 4 grown people being overheated and too on top of each other. If you do stay here, be sure to get all the trash collected and take it out before you leave, rather than on your way out, as you need the key fob to get to and from the trash can.
