About this apartment rental
A brand-new, charming apartment located just a few meters from the Trevi Fountain, in the most picturesque and beautiful part of Rome. A very lively neighborhood, full of restaurants, bars, pubs, shops, and boutiques, from which you can easily reach the city’s most famous and iconic sites. The Barberini Metro (Line A) and bus lines are just a few meters from the apartment. A well-stocked supermarket is 50 meters away.
The apartment, all to yourselves, features a cozy living room overlooking Rome’s narrow streets, with a dining table for four, a SMART TV, a comfortable sofa bed for two people, and several armchairs, 1 double bedroom with plenty of closet space and two soundproof, double-glazed windows, 2 bathrooms with showers (one with a window), and a fully equipped kitchen. Dishwasher and washing machine included. Tastefully furnished with an eye for comfort. Perfect for a couple or a family with 2 children. Second floor, elevator.

We can recommend guided tours of Rome and the Vatican with a specialized guide, including tours suitable for children.

Very clean apartment in the middle of the action close to Trevi Fountain. Lovely and lively street below, and no noise in the apartment due to the superior windows. Good quality AC. There were four of us. We fit fine, two on each bed. One was pull out. There were two bathrooms, each with shower which was great. The host was very good at communicating with us and arranged for a very sweet lady to greet us on arrival and show us everything. Top tier place. Thank you.

The apartment is very new and modern It has two full baths, which is a real pleasure. The central location is really good. It’s a block and a half from the Trevi Fountain. All clean.

Centrally located for seeing the sites in Rome. Very clean property. Communication with host before and during the trip was excellent for any issues that came up with the property during our stay.

Great location and space, but has amenity issuesPros:-Perfect location: Excellent spot for sightseeing.-Great layout: Large unit with two bathrooms, ideal for families.-Helpful host: Very responsive and tried to support us with issues.Cons:-No Air Conditioning: Broken during a 35C heatwave (fans provided, but ineffective).-Poor Wi-Fi: Extremely slow (virtually unusable).-Cleanliness issues: Below expected standards; towels did not smell fresh, some linens had some holes/stains, chairs stained.
