Contact with the hosts was very good. The instuctions on how to access the cottage was clear. The cottage was very modern. It had good facilities. A lovely supprise of Croissants and Jam, along with tea, coffee and milk. Lovely old fashioned crockery like afternoon tea pieces. It was very clean, quality items for the bedding and towels. Outside space small and cosy and good small gadgets like lighting you can take outside. Nice little extras of things that resemble shakespear and the surrounding area. have returned here many times.

We loved our stay at The Snug. It was immaculate, and the owners had thought of everything you would need. A fan for this hot weather and doors that open up to sit and have coffee outside. Highly recommend this lovely little place!

The Snug was extremely clean and modern inside, which was great. It was a perfect place for use to stay a couple of days whilst we looked around Stratford Upon Avon.
The bed was very comfortable and the shower was good too. There was a lovely little area outside to sit and relax in after a busy day sightseeing!
The host was very friendly and responded quickly to our query about parking.
We plan on returning to Stratford and would definitely stay here again if possible. Lovely pub across the road.
Nothing I didn’t like about the property, the road outside was a little busy at times but quietened down in the evening. The only thing that could improve it is if there was a parking space available. You have to park on the road.but this was not a big issue for us.

THe host communicated the location of the property and how to get the keys. She responded to my queries and was extremely helpful. The property was not far from Stratford centre, a short drive ( 5 minutes) or 20 -25 minute walk. Anne Hathaway cottage was 10 minute walk. The property was excellent, warm, comfortable and was fully equipped. Everything was excellent and I was very very happy with my stay.
I can't fault it. Everything was fabulous and I enjoyed my stay. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer.
