Minunat

The place has potential

The placement

The place has potential but needs some attention. Cleanliness was acceptable overall, though a few small details were missed. The AC filters needed cleaning before use, which was a minor but noticeable issue. Basic amenities were lacking — no napkins, no dish cloths, and no way to make a cup of tea. We also found corroded batteries in what appeared to be a remote or device, though the owner was responsive and quickly provided replacements. The overall feeling is that the place hasn't been checked on in a while. A proper refresh and some attention to the basics would go a long way. Worth addressing before the next guest.
