The house was very clean and had lots of cute decorations around the house, namely the gnomes placed in every room. this was the final location i stayed before flying back home, so the proximity to the airport was very welcome.
I only stayed here 1 night, so i did not find anything i could say i disliked here.

Buona posizione rispetto all'aeroporto. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo
Peccato per i trasporti notturni (dopo la mezzanotte) non adeguati/supportati nella zona (periferia / Haneda)

Plenty of room upstairs and clean
Was a little hard to get to as very tight streets.

Clean house. Helpful online admin helping with check in process.
Small house without any place to open luggages downstairs, small stair that was hard to move the luggages up. Beds were lumpy.
The staff that came to clean up had very bad attitude. It was raining when we checked out, we were struggling with calling an Uber, so we asked them for help, but he straight up saying "Why would I help you? None of my business." I guess it really wasn't his business since he was only here to clean up, but a little help would be grateful.
