The property was light and bright with lovely views. The location is great with plenty cafes and supermarkets within walking distance.
There is a washing machine that also dries clothes, a lift, air con that I also believe can heat up the room.
There is also two different coffee machines that take different pods which was a plus.
Property has sooo much potential and would stay again if things were improved.
Check in is meant to be easy, however I arrived at night and the code hadn’t been provided. It took me over 30 min to contact someone and I had a tired infant with me (this was around 9 something PM). The code pad was not working I was told and got given access to the emergency key.
This wait was really bad due to having a tired infant, being tired after a long day trip and I feel this should have been fixed or I should have been given the alternative code for the key prior to my arrival.
Unfortunately the house was not clean, I had to sweep and mop the floors the next day as I had a crawling baby, the sofa doesn’t smell fresh and had stains and the rug beed a good cleaning which this should all the done after every stay.
The large table is very hard to clean which means is not very great after for this type of business, there was dry food stuck between the gaps of the table material.
There quite a bit of maintenance to be done as quite a few things seems to be breaking. The toilet rolls holder, some of the cupboards legs in the kitchen are chipping away, there is a dent in the bathroom wall, the room with one bed - the bedside table is not stable at all. The chairs in the kitchen are not very secure with loose screws, I actually found one of the floor and had to screw (also crocking hazard for a baby).
No spare rubbish bags have been left and just one kitchen towel. This was for 3 adults and an infant for 4 nights.
Somehow the toilets smelled, specially the ensuite one which was a bit off putting.
I believe if things were kept fresh, clean and updated this place would be great and worth the money we pay - currently it is not. I’m coming again back for Christmas and for a longer period and if this property was better I would have stayed here. Shame really.

Great view, spacious and well equipped kitchen and modern showers/bathroom.
No automatic blinds in living room. Neighbours not very welcoming of guests. Beds/mattresses have dips which when investigated the bed boards undernneath had a couple snapped and come loose in both bedrooms.

Super completo. Vista para Tejo. Bairro residencial e perto de tudo.
Eu fiquei mais de 1 semana, acho que poderiam deixar mais sacos de lixo, outro pano de prato, desinfetante. Coisas para mantermos o apartamento limpo.
