We had excellent communication from the owner, Agni, before, during and after our stay. She met us at the property and showed us where everything was, and gave us info on the local area. She also told us we could message her at any time if we needed any other information.
This apartment itself was excellent, and to a very high standard (probably one of the best that we have ever stayed in). It is fully kitted out with everything you may need (even an electric kettle - us Brits do love a cup of tea!), and is quite a large property in itself. In the immediate local area you have supermarkets, corner shops, pizzerias, ice cream parlours, etc, so you can get basically everything you may need without too much trouble.
The immediate neighbourhood felt very safe and friendly, and it is just a short 20 minute walk to the seafront where you will find plenty of restaurant's and bars.
Nothing. The only thing I could say is that, as this property is on the second floor, and the building has no lift, it would probably not suit anybody with mobility issues.

Optimale Lage: sowohl das Stadtzentrum als auch der Strand sind fussläufig erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ganz in der Nähe. Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Haus zu finden, was zu keiner Zeit ein Problem war. Supernette Vermieterin, die uns die sehr geräumige und blitzsaubere Wohnung gezeigt hat. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und auch in der Sofaecke konnte man es sich gemütlich machen. Alles in allem eine sehr gepflegte Wohnung, die auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet ist, da es eine Waschmaschine gibt. Schön auch die beiden Balkone!
An 2 Tagen war die Tanzschule für modernen Tanz im Nebenhaus gut zu hören. Um 23.00 Uhr war aber Schluss.

The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, so in terms of amenities it has everything you could ask for. It has a nice balcony and mountain views.
The hostess was very friendly and helpful.
1. There is a dance school next door, and the downstairs neighbor was noisy every single evening of our stay, until after midnight. They talked so loudly that it sounded like they were shouting, and there were also constant door-slamming noises throughout the evening.
You’ll have to weigh the pros and cons: either come prepared with earplugs or expect to spend your vacation feeling tired.
2. The bathroom is quite outdated and could use some renovation. The bathtub is noticeably discolored, and the grout is starting to show signs of mold. In addition, the water pressure is extremely weak, which makes showering rather frustrating.
