I was very disappointed and will not book with this holiday rental organisation again.

A nicely done little studio appartment and appealing photos online but very deceptive once you step in it as it has a lot of issues. I do NOT recommend this holiday studio.

This flat was self catering. I arrived a bit late by coach from Geneva. The young lady who was to meet me hid the boxed key in the bushes accross the building. I had to ask the help of a young man in the barber shop next door to find that boxed key - he did after 15 minutes searching. I took a lot of photos as soon as I arrived. Nice tiny flat with a lot of issues. Very dirty bedroom in the mezzanine where the cleaning had NOT been done : lots of hair and hairs on the floor and bed. Thankfully I brought my sleeping bag, as shortly before I travelled I was told there was a fee to order bed sheets. It is rather dangerous to climb in the mezzanine, due to tiny spaced wooden squares to step on. Hold on tight on the small hand bar. One can easily loose one's footing if you are not an agile climber. The shower and toilet are nice, but build onto the balcony !!! There is no washbasin and one has to brush teeth and wash hands in the kitchen sink - and there is no privacy when coming out of the shower, directly into the open plan kitchenette. The vue is very deceptive, over looking onto buildings and a large tarmac surface down below. No info or notice regarding the heating function, as the temperature was below 10 degree in the region and the flat was cold. I also had to inquire about the WiFi password as the later was not listed anywhere. All the photos I took were sent to the young lady in charge for her to pass on to the holiday rental organisation which I ignored the name as it was not mentioned anywhere. I do NOT recommend this small appartment with this organisation, which looks attractive online, but is very disappointing.
