Oberhochstatt is about 6 km from the large county seat of Weißenburg. This area is very rural and idyllic. For this reason, you can enjoy many nature-based recreational activities, such as hiking or biking. The Roman Adventure Trail is a great option for this—there, you can follow in the footsteps of the Romans and explore the Limes. The vacation home itself was built in 2022. It is equipped with a solar power system that generates electricity for the home on sunny days. Heat is also sustainably generated from renewable energy sources. The vacation home is furnished in a modern style and offers plenty of space for guests of all ages. Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi and parking spaces, as well as electric vehicle charging stations and a large, inviting terrace. Work is also currently underway on a community room and playground. There, you can enjoy activities such as foosball or table tennis. Weißenburg’s historic district, with its inviting shops, museums, and restaurants, is also an absolute must-see. For all water sports enthusiasts, Lake Brombach offers countless activities—such as stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) or wakeboarding—for many enjoyable hours. Of course, don’t forget the Steinerne Rinne with its natural water feature, as well as the summer toboggan run in Pleinfeld. A visit to our beautiful Jura region is well worth the trip for everyone. And we would be delighted to welcome you to our new and modern vacation rental. Our Burgus vacation rental is very modern and furnished in a bright, airy style. It features 75 m² of living space, divided into four fully furnished rooms. The light-filled living area, featuring a large kitchenette, a dining table, a sleeper sofa, and a flat-screen TV, leads directly out to the spacious terrace. There, you can soak up the sun all day long. Another highlight of this apartment is the balcony, which is accessible from the master bedroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double box-spring bed and a large built-in closet. The children’s room next to the bedroom features a bunk bed. The bathroom, with wood-look tiles, is equipped with a toilet, a sink, and a walk-in rain shower, as well as hand and bath towels. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a stove with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, etc. Cookware is also provided. The apartment offers a relaxing and restful stay in the Franconian Jura. Please pay the total amount in cash upon arrival. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
