This is a beautiful apartment at a very reasonable price. Fabulous views of sunrise in the morning. You would not find such a property anywhere in the eurozone at that price. The parking place was very convenient to live and work right in the centre of Nicosia.

The location is amazing and the building. The tv system is very nice and the view.
The building itself is nice, but the apartment was nowhere near the standard I would expect for €200 per night. Since the apartment is managed by a separate company, the poor maintenance and upkeep seem to be an issue with the apartment management rather than the building itself.
There were multiple dirty and broken walls throughout the apartment, almost all of the chairs on the balcony were broken, the couches were not properly clean, and there was even a dead plant left on the balcony. These are not things I would expect to find in an apartment charging €200 per night.
For that price, basic cleanliness, maintenance, and attention to detail should be a given. The apartment feels neglected and poorly maintained, which is particularly disappointing considering the price. The management company really needs to do a much better job of maintaining the property and ensuring it is properly presented to paying guests.
