Great and quiet place to stay. Clean and convienently located if you have a car. The self check-in works flawlessly.

The bathroom could use some extra cleaning, but other than that an excellent experience.

10 / 10Outstanding·Jun 2026

Location was good. There are good local amenities a short walk in any direction and an uber downtown is fairly cheap.

8 / 10Excellent·Jun 2026

The room was clean, internet connection excellent and the location was good

The shared bathroom. I had to walk down the hall to the bathroom, even at night

5 / 10·Oct 2026

We like the location, near the Newton train station, and near coffee shops and businesses.

The room was not 100% clean, the blinds were full of dust, the tables were sticky but the bed was acceptable. The worst part of it was the bathroom. They never cleaned it, the other tenants were very disrespectful, never flushed the toilet, left shoes on the corridor, and once they even tried to open our room. The homeowner was good at answering our messages but the team never really made anything regarding those manners. They charge $120 ish for a cleaning fee that is a total rip off... for those $120 plus the cost of the stay you would expect to get a great, clean, safe experience.
