Great location. Comfortable apartment.
Lack of space. In bedrooms the head space is poor. For example, getting out of bed on one side resulted in you banging your head on a very low sloping ceilings. The stairs up to the upper bedroom could be a problem with no handrail. The see through bathroom in main bedroom could be an issue for some. No drawers in main bedroom and a few hangers.

It’s beautiful, everything we needed was in the accommodation. Very comfortable, very accessible, very central. My husband is glowing and said he will definitely return during his next visit. I don’t know who we were communicating with, but the person was very accommodating, patient, friendly and helpful. Thank you to whoever manned the online platform during our 4 days stay.
The fact that we paid for cleaning and no one came during our stay until we left.

Lage super zentral, wenn auch im touristischen Viertel Baixa (auch wir sind Touristen), fast alles füßläufig im Innenstadtbereich erreichbar. Strassenbahn (28!) und Metro sehr nah. Ein Luxus, wenn man am Abend nach einem Glas Wein auf dem Largo do Carmo in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu Hause ist! Wohnung gut strukturiert, alles vorhanden, ruhig (man hört auch von den Nachbarn nichts), bequemes Bett, viele Ablagemöglichkeiten, Küche besser ausgestattet als benötigt. Lift im Haus vorhanden (großes Plus), da man von den vielen Treppen und dem unebenen Pflaster irgendmann doch Muskelkater in den Waden bekommt. Die Wohnung ist für ein Paar ideal, es gibt noch einen dritten Schlafplatz direkt unter dem Dach, über Leiter erreichbar, z.B. für einen jugendlichen Begleiter....Die Klimaanlage haben wir Ende August nicht benötigt.
Das Bad braucht eine Renovierung: Die Duschtüre ist undicht, dadurch tritt viel Wasser aus, der schöne Holzboden und auch die Badtüre sind schon beschädigt, schade.... Das Wasser im Waschbecken läuft nicht gut ab. Die Toilettenbürste ist marode und fällt bei Benützung auseinander. Der Lüfter im Bad funktioniert nicht. Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der Innenstadt sind rar (keine typische Wohngegend für Locals), in der Nähe vom Rossio-Bahnhof gibt es einen Pingo doce.

The location was excellent
The bedroom on the mezzanine floor was dangerous, the stairs leading to it were very narrow and that left a gap you could fall down.
The apartment sleeps 6 but just a 3 seater settee. Not enough glasses. Also the shower was blocked but they did come and fix that!
