We were very happy with this apartment. The host was friendly and helpful, the location was walkable to most places we wanted to visit, the beds were comfortable, and the apartment was well-stocked with plenty of towels, toiletries (shampoo, soap, toilet paper), and cooking basics (olive oil, salt, pepper, coffee). There is a small market right around the corner where we picked up some eggs and yogurt for breakfast. There was good storage for our clothing so we weren't living out of suitcases all week. I appreciated having a laundry machine and the host even provided detergent.
There isn't a clothes dryer, but there is a drying rack. It is small, so don't plan to do large loads. We never heard noise from other people in the building, but there was street noise and we were woken up at 3am our first night by the trash truck.

This is a well decked out and presented property in the best location. There is every facility you may need in the immediate proximity and not too far away to walk to all of the attractions of Rome. It is an apartment where the locals live and yet also provided for the visitors. Luigi was a perfect host giving a lot of excellent suggestions that inspired our stay. He checked in to make sure everything things was ok. He also arranged our pick up and drop off.
