This place was SO CUTE! Clean, stylish rooms, the state theme is fun, I snagged the last available room for the night 'Kentucky' and it was really nice! Whimsical! Loved the simple 'check-in' and that I could just enter with a code. So convenient. The note from staff and little snacks were totally unexpected thoughtful touches that left a big impact. Quiet, the place was full and I couldn't hear any neighbors. Location was great, you are just a few minutes from the downtown, I went and got a lovely Ramen dinner right nearby. This place is a great value, nice cozy comfy place to stay. Hospitality was amazing. Even though I never saw a staff person, I felt totally taken care of!
Really nothing, I was unclear on the hotel name, they only sent the address and it wasn't in the Booking title. Someone asked where I was staying and I couldn't find it for the life of me. 'The Harbor Hotel' put that on the booking listing! Market that name! I want to tell my friends!

Really there was nothing to dislike. I liked the fact they stayed in touch as the trip went down, with reminders, and info.

I loved the new decor. Beautifully decorated and very clean.
No extra towels without asking. Stayed two nights, did not have housekeeping automatically. Also, it's a motel at a hotel price. Yes, its remodeled on the inside but it's in the same parking lot as the food pantry and a bar.
