About this apartment rental
Cozy apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and more amenities than usual. Located in the city center of the Baltic Sea resort town of Prerow and close to the beach. The apartment features a spacious bathroom with a shower, a comfortable living room, and a cozy bedroom. On-site sauna, Wi-Fi, stereo system, 3D TV, maximum occupancy of 4 people, non-smoking apartment, south-facing balcony, windows with insect screens, bedroom with blackout blinds. Low-maintenance flooring: designer vinyl or tile. The apartment was last renovated in early 2022.
The apartment comes with 2 parking spaces that can be used free of charge. We strive to ensure the utmost comfort and convenience for our guests.
In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a laundromat, the “Kiek In,” “Mein Café” (formerly “Groth”), 3 Italian restaurants, and a fish market. The ice cream parlor, Edeka supermarket, Italian restaurant, and Bauhaus store are also just a few steps away. You can safely leave your car here.
On-site support is available for our guests to handle key pickup, tourist tax registration, and assistance during their vacation. You can also book bed linens and towels here if needed. We have no control over the price of the bed linens and towel package. In addition to the tourist tax (currently 2.50 per person per day), a one-time service fee of 30€ plus VAT is charged upon key pickup, which is also collected on-site. In exchange, you’ll receive comprehensive support and assistance in resolving any issues during your vacation.
