About this apartment rental
This charming vacation rental in the “Austernfischer” vacation park offers approximately 50 m² of living space spread over two floors, making it the perfect getaway for your Baltic Sea vacation. It is located on the first floor of a townhouse in the Freesenbruch vacation park in Zingst—quietly situated on the edge of the forest, yet only a 15-minute walk from the beach.
On the lower level of the apartment, a cozy living area with a seating group, TV, radio, and a dining table for four invites you to relax. The well-equipped kitchen features an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and an exhaust hood—ideal for self-catering.
A guest restroom rounds out the first level. An internal staircase leads to the upper level, which features a bedroom with a double bed (two mattresses, each 90×200 cm) and an additional TV. The bathroom, equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink, is also located here. The windows are equipped with fly screens—perfect for peaceful nights.
The vacation rental in the vacation park also includes a shared furnished terrace on the first floor, right next to a bike rack for your bikes.
A real highlight of the complex: The fenced-in grounds offer a swimming pool that’s free to use and open year-round, as well as a sauna (by arrangement, for a fee). For families, there are numerous recreational activities, including a large playground, a soccer field, climbing structures, a carousel, and even a play ship.
The “Waldhaus” restaurant will treat you to Nordic-Bavarian cuisine. And those arriving by electric car will appreciate the new charging stations in the parking lot.
