About this house rental
The cozy end-of-row house “Schwalbe” in the Freesenbruch Vacation Park is an ideal vacation home for 4 people—whether for a family vacation or relaxing days with friends. With 69 m² of living space spread over two floors, it offers plenty of room and a well-thought-out layout.
On the first floor, you’ll find a bright living area with a wood-burning stove, a cozy seating area, a TV, and a Blu-ray player. The adjacent dining area seats four people, and the separate kitchen is fully equipped—including a dishwasher, oven, and microwave. A guest restroom and a convenient entryway round out the first floor. From here, you have direct access to the furnished terrace, which invites you to relax outdoors.
The upper floor features two bedrooms—one with a double bed, the other with two single beds—as well as a bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, sink, and washing machine.
The vacation home includes complimentary use of the on-site swimming pool, which is open year-round. The sauna is available by arrangement. Families with small children are also welcome: Children under 3 years of age stay for free upon request.

The vacation park is located on the edge of a nature reserve and is idyllically and peacefully situated on the edge of the forest.
The fenced-in grounds feature a swimming pool that can be used daily, free of charge, and year-round.
The sauna is available for a fee by prior arrangement.
Children can play and run around to their heart’s content on a large meadow.
In addition to a soccer field with goals, they have access to a wide variety of play equipment, such as a climbing frame with a slide, swings, a sandbox, a merry-go-round, a seesaw, a ping-pong table, and a real ship.
The newly opened “Waldhaus” restaurant, with seating for 35, provides delicious meals. Here, you can enjoy Nordic-Bavarian cuisine.

Since 2024, there have been 2 charging stations, each with 2 ports (max. 22 kW), in the vacation park’s outdoor parking lot.
