Very well appointed and spotlessly clean
Brilliant staff. Big shout out for Andrea on reception who helped me access printing for access to Ukraine. Also Mikella in the restaurant who was incredibly helpful. A great credit to the team. Also the cleaning staff who helped with my motorbike kit!
Also had a wonderful massage in the spa.
Nothing all great

Am stat in nenumarate locatii in tara cat si in afara tarii. Acest hotel se ridica la nivelul locatiilor de top din strainatate!

I always stay in this hotel when I go to Galati. For rooms, there shall be no negative comment.
Breakfast needs to be arranged more carefully. Especially pork containing products need to be seperately served.

Location and building itself.
Shower was leaking, some furniture was broken. During dinner and breakfast flies kept flying around and landing on the food, which was far from pleasant.
