The residents that live in the complex were Awesome!!

Location was perfect for us. We had a rental car and parking was gated. Plenty of room in the apartment and very comfortable.

Our stay in Caen

The apartment was very clean the location was good for town and access to other places to visit. It was nice and quiet for a city environment.

It would have been helpful if we had been informed that there were road closures towards the apartment because of a marathon, we were stuck in traffic for four hours . I feel they need to do a welcome pack explaining the correct code to open the lock to access the keys, We were given the wrong key code, we messaged and it took 30 mins for the reply and we were stuck outside the apartment building . Also in the pack they need to explain where the bins were and also explain that the fob on the keys also opened the barrier into the car park and also where on the gate the fob point was. Instead of us having to hunt for them . But I left the worst till last, we booked this apartment because of the balcony, we were not informed that building work was happening so we lost all access to the balcony 2 days after we arrived and so no use of the balcony . Then the builders were there at 7.00 every morning working, so we didn't feel the apartment was usable during the day due to noise and privacy, curtains and blinds were down all day. plus it was a struggle in the evening also due to the strong smell of the chemicals the builders had been using. Plus who wants to sit in a room with no use of outside space that was expected. The hosts definitely need to work on their communication with their clients and be honest and available when there are issues . We did inform the host of our issues with photos and had no reply from them. Finally we understand that building or repairs need to be done ,but this work has been happening for a considerable time so I think it was unfair not to inform us and give us the option to change our booking to another property .

Le logement avec moumoute au sol(nettoyage moyen)le sommier du lit vétuste pas très confortable pour 2 personnes l évier de la salle de bain bouche manque rideau cuisine et ventilateur par cette chaleur et le balcon plein de toiles d araignées résidence calme est propre sinon l appartement très bien pour son emplacement juste c est quelques constatations pour amélioration logement fonctionnel bien

résidence calme malgré les voisins du dessus (douche matin et soir + bruit d'eau des WC)

je n'ai pas reçu les codes et indications avant notre arrivée au logement, il a fallut appeler Nihal à 18h45, à plusieurs fois avant d'avoir par message les directives, dommage !! vis à vis de l'immeuble en face, un monsieur toute la journée sur le balcon à zieuter les allées et venues beaucoup de toiles d'araignées sur le balcon

Emplacement idéal et appartement proche de toutes les commodités. Beaucoup de places de parking dans la résidence ce qui permet de se garer facilement.

Très jolie appartement lumineux avec balcon.

Petite odeur de renfermé dans le placard à l’entrée. Machine à café ne coule que de l’eau mais dans l’ensemble c’était bien
