Not worth the money at all

First of all for the location of the apartment and the value that we paid( quality, service and everything else) its really poor. Firstly, The floors and beds were dirty, a bed was missing( it was an extendable couch, on the pictures it is shown as a bed not a couch), secondly there were no mentions of an apartment being renovated next to ours( every morning from 7:30 to 9 am they started hamering and were very loud, a person can barely sleep). The accomodation is not worth 700 Euros. The host was ok when we called him for the sheets that were originally missing, but the blanket for the 2nd bed(the couch) were still missing even after we called to tell him that we need it. All in all: wouldnt recommend it, You can get a better one with a simillar location for the same price.

Очень приятное расположение. Рядом есть трамвайные линии на которых можно доехать до центра. В 2 минутах от Китай города где много кафе и магазинов. Удобные кровати и наличие посуды

Очень строгие правила и везде предупреждения об огромных штрафах до 500€. Я понимаю, что владельцам квартиры часто приходится тяжело, но и жить в условиях где за шум после 21:00 ты можешь получить штраф не приятно. Причем штраф не за вечеринки, а именно за шум. А если мы просто будем с подругами громко смеяться в 23:00 мы тоже получим штраф? В общем это не дает расслабится. Так же квартира была в не очень хорошем состоянии. Много чего было сломано и вид был не опрятный

Buonasera, vorrei segnalare diverse criticità riscontrate nell’appartamento. Innanzitutto, manca il Firestick che dovrebbe funzionare con il telecomando presente. Tutte le stoviglie erano sporche al nostro arrivo, e non erano disponibili né spugne, né strofinacci, né detersivo per i piatti per poter pulire. Mancano inoltre bicchieri e posate in buone condizioni: la maggior parte è rovinata o inutilizzabile. L’intero appartamento si presentava in condizioni igieniche molto scarse: il pavimento era visibilmente sporco e sul letto erano presenti numerosi capelli lunghi neri, chiaro segno che non era stato cambiato o pulito adeguatamente. Lo spazio é molto ridotto in tutta la casa. Per usufruire dei servizi sanitari, non che il wc, è stato necessario spostare la lavatrice. Un aspetto particolarmente grave riguarda le scale interne: sono estremamente pericolose, prive di ringhiera, con viti sporgenti nel muro dove in passato probabilmente era fissata. Anche la porta d’ingresso presenta problemi seri: si incastra nel pavimento sollevato, rendendo difficile l’apertura, e non è possibile chiuderla correttamente dall’interno. Considerando le condizioni generali dell’appartamento, riteniamo che il prezzo richiesto non sia assolutamente congruo rispetto all’offerta proposta.
