The view and the property are super scenic and open (like a 360 view) from cliffside to ocean to olive trees to mountains. The mattress was particularly comfortable to me (firm and perfect, I wish I knew exactly what it was to order it for my house). There is a sandy beach nearby and also it’s possible to drive to Vai beach and back as a day trip. They leave fruits and there are many things if you were trying to cook for yourself like dishes or silverware. They have olive trees and an outside area by the parking lot. There was always a space for our car. The balcony has a swim suit drying rack (very convenient!) The balcony view is very good. I enjoyed coffee from the nespresso machine there daily. The host was prompt and always replied on WhatsApp. A kind of cold autumn trip is very different than a summer trip so I can imagine being near to certain beaches you like to go to would be a huge plus. For me it was doing the Vai drive in a day trip.
The towels don’t change everyday which normally would probably be ok except that you’re swimming - and for the bathroom (kind of small and open shower) so you need to use them more. Ideally I’d want to see new towels daily in this situation and extra bath mats to help. The stairs to the loft are pretty steep (this is more of a me problem but just fyi the bathroom is downstairs and the bed is upstairs). The pool for this unit was off to the side (not directly attached), but I don’t think the other options are like that- so just know that for the double/duplex style room option. Small touches that would be nice to have; small light for navigating stairs at night, more hooks/more towels, maybe bathrobes/wine/snacks, breakfast/laundry options.
