Whether you’re traveling for vacation or business, we’ll welcome you to our fully renovated, architect-designed 80-square-meter, 3-bedroom home, located just a short walk from the Château de Châteaubriant and the SNCF train station. This house features an entryway with a small hallway, a living/dining room, a kitchen, a half-bath, a closet, and a laundry room. Upstairs, there is a landing, 3 bedrooms, and a bathroom. There is a 50 m² landscaped yard with a garden shed and a barbecue. It’s a quiet, functional home. Shops are very close by (bakery, restaurant, etc.)
