You are welcome to the cozy first floor apartment of two families house with 1 bedroom and an additional room that can be used as a kids bedroom or office. Large living room outfitted with a large 60” flat screen and relaxing electric fireplace, dining table. Small kitchen and single bathroom.The apartment is the traditional New England style that it doesn’t have light switches. There are the floor lamps in living room, bedrooms and a light switch in kitchen.
You share the hallway and laundry room with a very friendly tenant at second floor and her friendly dog.

My daughter and I had a good time! The place was perfect. Clean, cozy, quiet, and 5 minutes to downtown and 10 minutes to beach. Can’t wait to go back!

Salem has been a bucket list and this property was a gem. It was far enough away from downtown that it was quite and close enough we could walk to see all of the sights. It was very clean and the host was wonderful she even stocked the pantry with some Ramen noodles and Mac and cheese which my daughter loves. All in all it was exactly what we needed and the price was great

Paper thin walls. I could hear the upstairs neighbors like they were in the next room. Noisy neighborhood. Outdated decor. Uncomfortable living space. Wouldn't stay again nor suggest to a friend. The king bed was comfy!
