· Garage: one small car only. It is a compact single-car garage, so pickups, vans, and larger SUVs should use the free street parking in front of the unit.

· Bike storage and a repair stand are in the garage.

· The garage can also be reached from the backyard, with a wall opener inside.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood just a 10 minute walk to Bentonville Square, the Walmart Museum, and dozens of shops, cafés, and award‑winning restaurants.
