We rented 2 condo's - both were emasculate - completely refurbished, clean, and very comfortable. We enjoyed meals at both condos, played games, and watched TV as a family. The location to the beach is insane! The location made it so easy to go to the beach, back to the pool, and back to the condo when needed.

Loved booking with Seabreeze. During our stay, got plenty of texts informing us of important info. (i.e., the landscapers cutting the palm trees and we need to move our car. Check in was so simple and check out a breeze. Will be sure and book with Seabreeze again.

No need to have codes to do everything made me feel the area was unsafe? Back sliding glass door onto patio sticks & was hard to open. The ceiling light over the dining rm table didn’t work just the fan. Was very ashamed the dryer handle had been broke & was replaced w/ homemade wires to open & close the dryer door. No floats or pool tools. Why? Our 2nd day there we received a call from the “Sea Breeze Police”. About not having our Guest tag hanging from our car back mirror. My husband saw the man write a ticket & he was out walking our dog so he told him we just forgot & he put it up immediately. He said “No problem”. But later we get the call from Sea Breeze that if our tag was not in place again you would tow our car. I guess much of this seemed petty & distracted us from enjoying a long hard earned vacation. I grew up coming to Run Away Bay when on older gentlemen ran it. There were not all these codes & rules & we really have wonderful memories back then. We won’t be coming back to Run Away Bay again nor deal w/ Sea Breeze Vacations again it’s too easy to blame the HOA on everything but never get to speak to the owner of the unit we stayed in?
