posizione super centrale locale fornito dell’essenziale,letto spazioso e comodo
il palazzo è tremendo,l’appartamento si trova al settimo piano e l’ascensore non funziona,sono tutti piani di scale,un piano messo peggio dell’altro,si possono trovare strane persone ogni tanto a fare cose sulle scale mentre si sale per arrivare alla porta della camera,a volte nel salire si possono sentire strani rumori di persone che svolgono attività….. il bagno non è fornito di bidet,sono presenti solo wc vasca e lavandino,il locale in foto sembra molto piu grande di quel che è.
La hall del palazzo è abbandonata e un po distrutta l’atmosfera soprattutto la sera è abbastanza creepy,per il resto non ci siamo trovati malissimo. (non siamo riusciti a far funzionare la smart tv per vedere netflix ad esempio e nemmeno il condizionatore per l’aria calda,magari non ne siamo stati semplici capaci noi)

Apartment is located in downtown pedestrian area so all restaurants and other venues are just a few steps away. It's nice but it looks more stylish on the pictures than it actually is.
Not accessible by car so you need to carry your bags from the nearest parking lot which is few hundred meters away. A lot of night clubs all around so it's quite noisy until the early morning hours.

The apt was GREAT! However, the building it is in is horrendous. The apt was very comfortable, great decor, a great place to stay. It had everything we needed for our few day stay.
The building the apt is in looks like it should be condemned. There was a used syringe in the corridor on the floor.

Good location in Old Town
Bizarre security gate at 6th floor - making it impossible to escape the top floor quickly in the event of a fire. To enter one has to put hands through a gated grill and open a keysafe and use that key ( without dropping it!) to unlock a padlock welded to a chain! See photos. This was never explained in the access instructions. The reverse - in escape mode - is even more difficult as it is so dark the keysafe numbers cannot be read without a torchlight. Secondly, the WiFi never worked - despite my daily complaint I was fobbed off in a nice way every time.
