What we liked most about the property was the space. The house is interesting architecturally, but the grounds are what make it a relaxing place. Tasteful done with lots of space left for nature, which makes it seem bigger than it actually is. The pool is a good size and there are good spaces for eating outside (a barbaque area by the pool) or enjoying the sunset (a space with chairs and an area for lighting a fire). We didn't use the hot-tub, but it's well located, away from the main building in a clump of shrubs/trees. The main road is 15 minutes away (Tortoral), and, if you know the roads, you can be in Punto de Tralca/Isla Negra in no time at all, avoiding all the traffic on the main coastal road that is always packed in summer.
We had a minor problem getting to the property due to lack of a phone signal needed to open a gate, but luckily a friendly neighbor who was leaving gave us access, so there was a quick solution. The cameras around the outside of the house are a little intrusive. Walking anywhere from the property didn't seem feasible, so transport is needed.
