The staff, especially Suraja, Chadara, Ari & Anik? Our room was very nice however some utensils & crockery would have been nice- understandable we should utilise the restaurant but not always required.

It’s very central and the staff was amazing. The room was comfortable and was cleaned timeously. Checking in was seamless. Very nice place.

The staff was great, the big and international breakfast, the carpark, the size of the room, the private swimming pool (be careful of the ladder and tiles around though), very close to the airport
The tiles around the private swimming pool and the ladder, the outside area looks a bit bad, no utensils in the kitchen, the bath very mouldy, a few cockroaches in the room (the staff cleaned it after my complaint though)..

Staff was nice, and accomodating with early check in and late check out.
Breakfast was average. Room very noisy and dark, no window, even if the private pool was nice, felt a bit of a cave.
Room walls so thin that I could everything that was happening next door.
