The apartment is very cozy and big and I felt home. I was working from here and wifi was good enough for videocalls. Kitchen works good and there's the necessary to cook. There's a washing machine, but I did not test it. The area was pretty cool and safe for a solo traveler, 20-30 minutes walking from the Medina. Closest supermarket is a Carrefour, 14 minutes walking.
In general it was clean, a part from some stuff like wc, stoves and especially dishes and cutlery which I have to thoroughly wash myself several time before using. Could have been 10 otherwise :)
