The hotel is excellent - clean as it can be, in pristine condition, helpful and friendly staff, large rooms. Competitive pricing, great location. Quiet luxury.
The main restaurant, OIA, while offering quality food, takes quite a time to deliver, and might be understaffed. Also, the prices are too high as compared to similar establishments. The market within the hotel could offer more fresh options, like yogurt, fruits, etc.

New, Clean, great facilities, beach front
Part of the beach is public and people throw trash at the beach.

Beautiful rooms and stunning pool area and beach. We had 2 two bed residences with sea views and the rooms were fantastic. The staff were also really really friendly. It has a lovely relaxed vibe. The food was great too although a bit expensive. We fell in love with this place.
Hard to find anything to dislike - possibly having the outdoor bar open late would have been nice and maybe some entertainment / music in the evening.
