About this house rental
Looking for a peaceful getaway in Palavas-les-Flots? Our cottage is perfect for you! A little oasis of greenery and nature with a lovely pool, just a 10-minute walk from the beach and downtown Palavas-les-Flots.
A beautiful living room that opens onto the kitchen, two bedrooms with 140cm double beds, and a children’s bedroom with bunk beds. One bathroom with a bathtub and another with a shower and toilet. A separate toilet is also available. A very pleasant garden for family time.
Our cottage, “Les Mouettes,” welcomes you for a pleasant stay by the sea, close to all the city’s entertainment, the beach, restaurants, and bars—yet located on a quiet street for added peace and quiet.
Completely renovated in the spring and early summer of 2022, we envisioned a decor that is both original and full of character to give our little family home an authentic feel while adding a modern touch.
The living room opens onto a beautiful kitchen, perfect for cooking together. The large picture windows provide a wide-open view of the patio and private garden, where you can enjoy meals, aperitifs, or relaxing moments with your family. A large outdoor table and chairs are available for lunch or dinner under the arbor. An above-ground pool also offers refreshing swims (pool dimensions: 3m x 1.5m, depth 0.70m)
The house features a private outbuilding, which is not accessible to guests (this is the door visible at the far end of the garden)
For sleeping arrangements, there are two adult bedrooms with 140-cm double beds and one children’s bedroom with bunk beds. The house can therefore accommodate 4 adults and 2 children.
There are also two bathrooms: one with a shower and toilet, and one with a bathtub. A separate toilet is also available.
Parking is on the street; there is a fee (€8 per day and €35 per week), but finding a spot is easy—there’s even a small parking lot at the end of the street.
Please note that we prefer to host families given the layout of the house and the bedrooms; we ask guests to be respectful of the property, as parties are not permitted inside the house.
