It’s located in a safe and quiet neighborhood; Lake Ridge is a reliable area. Close to shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and a gas station; just 8 minutes from downtown Fort Lauderdale and Las Olas, and 4 minutes from nightclubs and Wilton Manors.

It also features two chairs, a coffee table, and a beautiful modern lamp. 55-inch smart TV. Magic Jack phone. A beautiful electric fireplace. With its two large white curtains, the room offers a fresh and relaxing atmosphere.
It features a small private office with high-speed internet, a small desk, and a comfortable chair.
Our accommodation offers a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, and stainless-steel dishwasher, along with all the kitchen utensils you need to enjoy a simple meal or a delicious full-course feast. It includes a coffee maker, sandwich maker, toaster, microwave, blender, plates, pots, pans, glasses, bowls, cutlery,
and crystal glasses—plus everything you need to savor a good Colombian coffee, as well as American-style coffee for other tastes.
It has a dining table with four chairs.
It features central air conditioning. The front door has a keypad lock, and on the inside, it’s secured with a deadbolt to keep you and all your belongings safe at all times, ensuring a peaceful stay and making your check-in as easy and smooth as possible.

great 2 bedroom apartment and the landlord had it stocked up with everything we needed. even beach chairs. location not so great but we did not have any problems.

The host is very nice and sweet, responds quickly, makes sure you are all set, checks in in the beginning of your stay and overall was very attentive. I enjoyed working with her throughout this process.
The apartment inside is very nice. The beds are nice, it’s cute and modern and comfortable. A great size for my family of 4 on vacation.
I’m going to list some potential cons:
Neighborhood- I’ll be blunt… it’s sketchy.
It’s in a not so great neighborhood… I can’t say it’s the worst possible neighborhood because it’s easy enough access to the “big roads” to get to places, and only 15 minutes to the beach… but it does give of sketchy
Pool- we never used it… didn’t think it looked clean or sanitary
Parking - we didn’t have any issue with parking, however, nothing is clearly labeled and it’s a little crammed…
Noise- the walls are pretty thin. Luckily, we didn’t have any issues falling asleep because of noise…there was ab occasional car speeding off or a dog bark, but after 11 it was quiet.
Overall, if it weren’t for the location and pool issue (which is my personal preference, some may think I’m being silly) I would easily give this listing 5 stars.
