Good location. Parking great and the cottage was warm and cosy. It was quiet away from the main road and not far from the centre of Broadway. Good information book containing recommendations for restaurants and surrounding interests to go to. Very witty quotes in there which made us smile. The additional electric fire heated up the room nicely. Same the weather wasn't kinder as would liked to have gone into the garden, but have to make the best of it. All in all a nice little cottage. All the appliances worked well.

The towels could have been a bit nicer. It would have been good if the complimentary bottles of soap and shampoo could have been filled in the ensuite bathroom. Some of the cutlery needed cleaning, but that was probably to due with the previous occupants. The big house out front had it's outside lights on all night, but luckily the curtains were black outs. The heating came on at funny times, not sure if it needed to be adjusted? Some nice woolly throws would have been welcomed. Could not find the visitors book to write in as would have liked to. Think one of the paving slaps on the top of the entrance steps might need some attention as seemed a bit lose.

We had a wonderful stay at Lion Cottage! We travelled as a young family. There was a very comfortable foldaway cot available, larger than the usual travel cots we normally see provided when travelling, as well as a high chair -- these touches were just perfect for our 1.5 year old. There was even child-friendly cutlery available -- bowls, cups, plates, and utensils! A water bowl was provided for our pup. The natural stone floors with heating underfoot were very pleasant. The towels were soft and the hot water pressure just perfect. Everything was sparklingly clean and thoughtfully equipped. Two parking lots were available. The property is a short walk to the high street of Broadway and all that it offers. A really gorgeous weekend in the Cotswolds, made special by a comfortable and thoughtful accommodation!

Close to downtown but spacious and private

Position in Broadway. It was cleaned properly and beds were comfortable.

Parking was dreadful. No proper information about what to do with rubbish bins. We asked a neighbour and she told us what to do. Also informed us that the previous week the dustbin was not put out to be emptied and was now full to overflowing. Rear garden was too steep and needs some TLC to make it usable.
