The staff was nice and receptive. It had a large bed for 2 with a great price. It also has a good location, with Osaka Loop station around 10 minute walk and with Tsutenkaku Tower at a walking distance as well. It had all the necessary amenities present.
There were some blemishes on the wall so it wasn't clean-clean. The toilet layout was a squeeze and felt slightly smaller than some other business hotels.
The main negative, is that the hotel is near a poorer district of Osaka (Nishinari), so there might be places that are slightly dangerous, or dirty. I saw quite a few rowdy characters on the streets while walking around the area initially, which is a first for me in Japan.

Hotel room was clean, and appropriate. Reception people and the cleaners were kind.
The hotel does not have an iron. The hotel room does not have extra blankets. Cleaning of the room at least once and changing bedsheets for a stay more than 5 days would be appreciated.

"It was good value for money and the place was really clean. It was near restaurants and konbinis that were open 24/7. I would definitely come back!"
