Excellent property
We weren’t able to access the entry code until an hour and a half after check in and intervention by booking.com as my many phone calls and emails went unanswered. The property insisted I had access to the code from 3pm which wasn’t true as I even emailed them screenshots of the locked code screen at 4.30pm…we only got access after they shared the code on the booking.com chat and booking.com gave them a short time to rectify the situation before cancelling the booking and giving a refund. I saw that other people had this issue from reviews and even made sure days before that we had met all criteria for the code to be released so it seems hard to believe they haven’t fixed this issue by now. The property was excellent though!

The tree house we stayed in had all we needed to make our overnight stay very relaxing and comfortable. The planning and orientation of the tree houses was great as we felt we had our own space despite there being multiple dwellings on the premises.
The common area felt like it belonged to the main house & we didn’t want to invade their territory.

Loved being surrounded by trees and being in nature, quirky accommodation, with recycled materials.
Could have had more kitchen facilities, but we made do (though I checked before arriving, so knew what I could cook) no microwave. The surrounding outside areas, could have been tidier, better maintained. Floors a bit dirty (so we swept them) I didn’t read the reviews prior to booking, so the $1000 security deposit on my credit card along with sending photos of my ID/licence and card were concerning. Usually I wouldn’t book a property with those requirements. Though I received the deposit back in a couple of days.
You get an entry code right on check-in time (3pm) but the wifi/reception is patchy, so had to find a spot with wifi access to get the code.
For the price $460 a night, I think a check-in time of 2pm for a 10 am checkout or 3pm check-in for 11am would be better.

Being in the bush and out of the hustle. Bush cabin was cute and rustic. The animals were adorable. Experience was pleasant.
The marketing and description paints a much different picture to what it really is. Both private residences are much closer than expected. Walking trails were not very inviting and not well maintained. The cabin sofa was not overly clean and very dusty. Untidy areas let down the presentation. Not value for money. Would not return.
