I liked my overall experience at this hotel. There was nothing bad about it, and I will stay there again on my next visit to Phuket. Highly recommended!
There was nothing to dislike. My experience here was comfortable and I liked everything. Amazing experience overall.

The property is located in a convenient location with easy access to restaurants, shops, public transport, and nearby attractions. It was very convenient for getting around and exploring the area.
The reception staff were not very friendly or welcoming, which could be improved.

Reception lady was very rude and not helpful. We request her to book a taxi and she completely denied. We were late for our ferry to Phi PHI island and I left my key/ card in the room during check out and she ask me go upstairs and bring the card. She could have asked the housekeeping team to bring that down. I was quiet surprised with he behaviour.
Bath tub and wash basing needs maintainnece - water loggging was there each time we used these.
