About this apartment rental
Our house is idyllically situated in a sunny location, just a 10-minute drive from the charming episcopal city of Brixen. The popular bike path runs right below us—perfect for tours into the Puster Valley or toward Bolzano. Cycling enthusiasts will find plenty to enjoy here, as will hiking fans: whether it’s leisurely walks in the surrounding area or challenging mountain hikes in the Dolomites—we’re the ideal starting point for your adventures.
The Vacation Rental & Additional Offers
Our cozy vacation rental (studio apartment/approx. 30 m²) was built in 2008 using sustainable timber construction and accommodates two people. It is fully furnished and practically equipped:
• Double bed, couch, built-in closets
• Seating area, satellite TV, Wi-Fi
• Fully equipped kitchenette (glass-ceramic cooktop)
• Bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine
• Free parking directly in front of the house
Our vacation rental is located next to the family-owned hotel; as our guest, you’re welcome to use some of the amenities there free of charge: swimming pool, sunbathing area, and playground for children
You’re welcome to have breakfast at the adjacent hotel—the generous buffet features ham, cheese, eggs, fresh rolls, homemade jams, as well as fruit and apples from our own orchard for your muesli.
In the evening, you can enjoy traditional South Tyrolean dishes (e.g., Schlutzkrapfen, dumplings, sweet doughnuts, Käsenocken) as well as Mediterranean classics like pasta or vitello tonnato. The menu (appetizer, salad bar, main course, dessert) can be reserved daily in the morning.
Farm-fresh products and wine
Upon request, you can purchase farm-fresh products—such as apple juice, jams (depending on the season), or fresh fruit. You can also taste and purchase our estate-bottled wines (Kerner, Müller Thurgau, Zweigelt Barrique, Zweigelt Rosé, and Pinot Noir)—which we’re happy to gift-wrap for you.

A small village store is just a 3-minute walk away—ideal for daily shopping. Larger supermarkets can be found in Vahrn and Brixen, just a 5- to 10-minute drive away. Various restaurants and inns are also located in the immediate vicinity and invite you to enjoy a cozy dinner.
