The "Blue Roof House", just a 1/2 block to Lewes Beach!
Located just off peaceful Lewes Beach, this quintessential beach house features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower. This beauty is only a HALF BLOCK from one of the Eastern Shore's nicest beaches. Ride your bikes or take a leisurely stroll to the shops and restaurants of downtown Lewes. Relax on one of the many decks and screened in porches while the kids play ping pong in the finished garage, the perfect hangout for teens. Ample parking is available in the driveway and on the street. You will find a WELL equipped kitchen, a large kitchen table and seating at the breakfast bar as well as ample outdoor seating. Lewes is a beautiful town with plenty to do year round. It is a quaint town full of New England Colonial architecture and made for walking. We are ready to welcome you and your family or friends for the perfect beach vacation. You will surely love Lewes as much as we do!
NOTE: We rent year round with a 3 night minimum in the off season and a 7 night minimum in the summer.

We had a fantastic stay at the Blue Roof house! There were so many wonderful aspects about this property:• The front screened-in porch was our favorite place to hang out. Very relaxing to sit out there on one of the rocking chairs.• Loved how the drawers and cabinets were labeled in the kitchen - made it easy to find what we needed.• The house was well taken care of and clean. It was evident the owners care about the renter’s experience.• Cool rooftop to be able to watch the sunsets.• Nice big area under the porch to be able to store beach gear until the next day.• Convenient hose to be able to wash the sand off when getting back from the beach.• Very nice ping pong table.• Bathrooms and showers were very nice and clean.• Ceiling fans in the bedrooms, living room, and screened-in porch were a plus.• An easy, short walk to the beach.• Very detailed information was provided so there was no question as to when trash day/recycling day was, what to keep temperature at, where things were located, contact information for owners if needed, etc.• The house was very nicely decorated.We will definitely be planning to stay again next year!!

The house was clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We loved all of the outdoor spaces -- beautiful sunsets from the rooftop deck, two screened in porches to sit and read -- all very comfortable and spacious. Close walk to the beach. Really helpful to have two master suites.
