Needs to be renovated. Attached to the Andaz and the entrance is a little confusing. The rooms could be updated (peeling paint & wallpaper).
Concierge won’t help find cute spots in the city and won’t recommend ways to travel in the city safely without paying large sums of money or that benefits them.
It is well located, looks pretty and is functional.

Lovely hotel. The room was great and had everything we needed, including a coffee pod machine. The breakfast had a good selection of food, although some bananas with the fruit would have been nice. The granola wasn’t to my taste. Filter coffee was free, but proper barista-type coffee like a latte was at an additional charge. You could get eggs made the way you wanted on request. As it is in a residential area, it was pretty quiet at night - was on the fourth floor and didn’t experience any street noise.
