"Cottage was clean & fresh, also cosy. Very close to sea. Warm. Well cared for. Site is easy to find. Easy to park. Friendly. We enjoyed the rabbits & gulls. Nice extras [not advertised]: an iron, 2 TV..."

235 was a nice unique chalet which is close to the beach, which the dog loved. It was well presented, clean and everything worked. The bed was comfortable, and we had good nights sleep. It is equipped with a full air conditioning unit which is great in a heat wave (although we didn’t need it). There is a fenced off area with table and chairs, which the dog could walk around and couldn’t escape from! There is a bar and a fish & chip shop just over the road. Bridlington is a good walk, or you can take a shorter walk to the land train in the summer. If we ever go back to Bridlington we would stay again.
Nothing terrible. The stairs are narrow and steep, which you get use too, but might be an issue for someone who is physically challenged by stairs. There was only 1 tea & hand towel, nice it there was 2. It has a coin ‘pay as you go’ electoral meter, not seen one of them for 30 years, but you get £10 credit and it is reasonable, so we only had to add a few more coins to get through the week. The sofas are also pull-out beds, so could be a little unconfutable if you sit on the for some time

Everything that we required and location to beach and dog walking

Cosy cottage.
The fridge not being in the kitchen, the nearest bar was too rowdy for us.

Great location
Impossible for our parents to stay upstairs in the double bed, it has had a loft conversion and the stair are very very step, so they had to sleep in single beds on separate rooms down stairs. The bungalow is very tired and in need of a refurbishment throughout, there was no mention of any of the issues we had until we arrived in the write up of the property. Sorry I have put this review on, I am not one to usually write these reviews but I was very disappointed for my in-laws for which I had booked it for them on the sites write up.
