The value for money was excellent. The room was very spacious, with one single bed, one queen bed, and a sofa, making it large enough to comfortably accommodate up to three people, especially a family travelling with a child. The room was clean, and the hotel overall was well maintained. The breakfast was included in the room rate, which was a nice bonus, even though the variety was somewhat limited and the quality was average. Another strong point was the staff, who were friendly and spoke good English, making communication easy throughout our stay. Overall, we were very satisfied with the conditions offered for the price.
The main drawback is the hotel's location, as it is not particularly close to the main city-centre attractions, the railway station, or the Giant Panda Research Base. As a result, we had to rely on Didi for most of our journeys, although the fares were affordable. While this is not something the hotel can easily change, clearer information about the best transport options and nearby metro connections could be helpful for international guests. Improving the variety and quality of the breakfast would also make the experience even better.

It’s very centrally located. Loads of restaurants and eateries. Just a short walk to Kowloon Plaza and Chunxi Road or just a couple of dollars in a taxi. The rooms were very quiet and spacious. The breakfast menu was huge with so many types of food available.
Can’t think of anything.

I like the staff really helpful. The staff name is Ash and Leo. Even i need to check out a bit later they allow me to late check out without any charges. This hotel also provides enough halal breakfast for muslim.

Staff were very polite and location is good
On the first day the room had no air con and was very hot. The staff came to show me other rooms. One had a lingering urine smell upon entering. The second one had a smoke smell that got worse throughout the night. It may have drifted in from the corridor or via the aircon, but it was difficult to tolerate.
