Ужасная шумо изоляция!!! Завтрак очень расстроил Бассейн небольшой и в выходные дни переполнен местными детьми Цена за номер была дороже чем написано

We were very impressed by Hotel Amaranth. The hotel is very close to the Mbezi bus station which was extremely convenient for our journey to the Usambara Mountains. The hotel kindly reserved our bus tickets for us, provided a free bus transfer to the station and prepared us all a packed breakfast to take with us, even though our bus was at 5:30am! The staff were very friendly, the rooms were very clean and comfortable and the on-site restaurant was lovely.

I had an incredible experience staying at Hotel Amaranth. I initially booked for a week but ended up extending my stay for another week because I felt so comfortable and well looked after. The hotel manager kindly gave me a generous discount for the extended stay, as well as a discounted late checkout on my last day — a very thoughtful gesture I truly appreciated.
The staff were outstanding across the board — from reception to housekeeping, kitchen, bar, and security. Everyone was professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell the team works together with a shared commitment to making guests feel at home.
The room was spotless, well-designed, and very comfortable. I especially enjoyed having the pool view, and the air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm and peaceful — a great place to rest, away from the busyness of the city.
Food-wise, the hotel exceeded my expectations. Their ugali and chicken makange were the best I’ve ever had, and the beef sambusas were easily the best in town — crispy, juicy, and full of flavour. The bar was also excellent and very affordable. I really enjoyed relaxing there in the evenings with my favourite drink — Serengeti Lite, always served cold and fresh.
One of the standout features was the Wi-Fi — fast, stable, and honestly the best I’ve experienced in Dar es Salaam. I had no issues with streaming, video calls, or working online during my entire stay. It’s a huge plus for both business travellers and casual guests.
The hotel also offers great facilities including a clean swimming pool, peaceful garden spaces, reliable room service, and ample secure parking. The security staff were always present, respectful, and made me feel completely safe at all times. I’ll definitely be returning on future trips to Dar es Salaam( in June ). I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, secure, and welcoming place to stay.
